Orders are normally processed within 2 working days from receipt of confirmed order & cleared payment.  Orders areNOT processed at weekends. Your order will be automatically acknowledged on completion at the checkout. Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and can take as long as 5-6 days depending on time of year.
We can ship Worldwide. Within the UK, goods are usually shipped by Insured 2nd class letter/packet post or Signed For service (additional fee). Please select your required postal method at the checkout. For the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland and Rest of the World, goods are ONLY shipped by International Signed For service.
IMPORTANT NOTE: From July 1st 2020, the USA is classed as World Zone 3 and consequently Packet rates (not Letters or Large Letters) have increased by up to 50%. In all cases, if you are ordering from the USA an additional Packet Post Premium (PPP) will be payable and this will be advised upon processing an order and an additional surcharge invoice will be submitted to you for payment.
