The Server Is Approximately 7 1/4" In Length From The 3-Tine To End Of Handle. The Server Is Used To Hold A Roast Or Any Meat With One Side & Then Serve The Meat With The Other Side By Using Just 1 Utensil. The Server Weighs Approximately 80.2grams.
